Being so close to the harbour, you can expect fresh seafood in various restaurants as one of the
specialities including the sweet –and-sour Aalsuppe, or even the eel soup. Restaurants are not hidden
away and will be easy to find however a few good spots are Grossneumarkt as well as Schansenviertel. You will also however be able to find other European food in this gastronomic city.
