The station is also the London terminus for London Midland services and for services on the Watford DC Line. The station has a staffed ticket office and passengers are also able to collect tickets purchased in advance (for example, on the internet) from one of the automatic ticket machines located in the station.Facilities at the station include ATM's, bureau de change, First Class Lounge, pay phones, public wifi, cafes, shops, toilets, baby changing facilities and tourist information office.Passenger services departing the station are operated by First ScotRail, London Midland and Virgin Trains. Destinations available include Glasgow Central, Edinburgh Waverley, Birmingham New Street, Preston, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Manchester Piccadilly, Stockport, Liverpool Lime Street, Chester, Tring, Milton Keynes Central, Northampton and Watford Junction. Parking is available at the station for 73 vehicles and is open 24 hours a day.Lockerbie lies roughly 75 miles from Glasgow and 20 miles from the English border. The town came to international attention in December 1988 when the wreckage of Pan Am Flight 103 crashed there following a terrorist bomb attack aboard the flight.
