Royal Albert Hall

The Royal Albert Hall is located on the northern edge of South Kensington in London and is best known for hosting the annual summer proms concerts since 1941. depending on the configuration it has a capacity of up to 5,272 seats although this can be increased if standing areas are incorporated. The Hall was opened by Queen Victoria in 1871 and is names after her husband the Prince Consort.

How to get to Royal Albert Hall by train

Take the District, Circle or Piccadilly Lines to South Kensington Underground station or the District and Circle Lines to High Street Kensington. The Royal Albert Hall is a short walk from both stations. The number 9 bus can also be taken from High Street Kensington to the venue.
